Matthew D. Boucher

Matthew D. Boucher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and data analysis, currently serving as an Analyst II for Norfolk Southern, where responsibilities include managing GIS tasks in Oracle and ESRI environments. Previous roles include Data Analyst 3 at Comcast, Geospatial Analyst IV at the Federal Railroad Administration, and GIS Technician III at BPG Designs. Matthew's background also encompasses significant experience in compliance and auditing with the Arizona Department of Education and the Arizona Department of Economic Security, as well as leadership in human resources information systems within the United States Army. Matthew holds a Master’s degree in Geographic Information Science and Cartography from Arizona State University and multiple degrees from American Military University, including IT Project Management.
