Fernando Cruz

Fernando Cruz serves as President and CEO of Dynamond Holdings since March 2017, overseeing the strategic vision and direction of multiple companies while seeking opportunities for shareholder growth. In addition, Fernando fulfills the role of Chief Executive Officer at Dynamond Concrete Polishing, working alongside President Marcos Azevedo to ensure high-quality concrete polishing services. Fernando also holds the position of Chairman of the Board at System 1, Inc. and President/CEO at Dynamond Building Maintenance, focusing on budget management, departmental efficiency, marketing strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives. Previously, Fernando held leadership roles at AllGranites, Maxsun Technology and Import, and ServCorp International, with a background in sales management. Fernando's education includes a Master of Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Phoenix.
