Guillaume Barrault has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Guillaume has served as the CEO for Dynamox and WaveTech Soluções Tecnológicas. Prior to that, they worked as a Portfolio Manager and Quantitative Analyst at OxAM. Guillaume has also held positions as a Research Engineer, focusing on signal processing and vibration, at LVA and the University of Adelaide. Guillaume gained experience as a Team Leader and System Engineer at GECI International, and as a Consulting Engineer in signal processing and systems at SEGIME. Additionally, they worked as a Research Assistant at SEATECH, where they analyzed and improved signal processing sonar prototypes.
Guillaume Barrault has an extensive education history in various fields of study. Guillaume obtained their Bachelor's degree in electronics, signal processing, and acoustics from Institut supérieur d'électronique et du numérique in 2000. Guillaume then pursued a Master of Science degree in ocean engineering from Florida Atlantic University, which they completed in 2001. Following this, they enrolled at Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina and obtained a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering in 2006. During their Ph.D., they also worked as a Fellow researcher in vibration control at the University of Adelaide from 2004 to 2006. Afterward, they continued their research as a Post-doc at Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, specializing in bioengineering and biomedical engineering from 2012 to 2013, and ocean engineering from 2013 to 2014.
