Ben Bines

Mr. Bines supports Dynasty's strategic growth plan by building and institutionalizing internal/external processes to enhance the efficiency of the business development timeline. He focuses on strengthening communication with custodian partners, recruiters, and industry leaders to communicate Dynasty's value pillars effectively across all market segments. Additionally, he works closely with the finance team to build, analyze and communicate financial projections and economic impact analyses. Prior to joining Dynasty, Mr. Bines served 10 years as a U.S. Naval Aviator with two tours of duty flying the F/A-18 Hornet. He led the Air-to-Air combat syllabus at the Advanced Jet School in Kingsville, TX while at Training Squadron VT-22, and as an experienced Landing Signal Officer, he specialized in teaching and qualifying new Aircraft Carrier based students in Aircraft Carrier Landings and flying operations. He received his MBA from Harvard Business School and BA in Economics from Bates College.
