Mark Tillman

Mark Tillman has extensive experience in both financial services and civil engineering. Since July 2017, Mark has served as a Financial Services Representative at Wela Financial, alongside a similar role at PHP Agency, Inc. which Mark has held since July 2015, also providing services as a Financial Consultant. In these financial roles, Mark focuses on protecting families from financial adversity and establishing retirement and debt settlement plans. Additionally, Mark has been a Civil Engineer at Dynasty Group since November 2008, specializing in the inspection of highway and infrastructure construction. Prior experience includes working as a Transportation Engineer at HDR INC from October 2004 to October 2008, where Mark handled the planning and design of highway resurfacing and reconstruction projects for various governmental bodies. Mark holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, earned between 1997 and 2000.
