Giancarlo Chiappe

Giancarlo Chiappe is a seasoned software development professional with extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as a Senior Software Development Engineer at Dynata since October 2023, focusing on microservices development for automated market research. Previously, Giancarlo held significant roles at Link Fast S.A. as Head of Information Technology and at ketteQ as a Senior Software Development Engineer. Notably, Giancarlo contributed to the architecture and development of critical applications for the Judiciary of Peru, engaging in all phases of software implementation on a national scale. Other roles included transforming the Electronic Voting System for the ONPE, developing a document flow system for the prosecutor's office in Peru, and conducting research within the ONPE's electoral systems. Giancarlo holds a Master's degree in Public Management from the European Centre of Innovation and Management and an Engineer's degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Lima.
