Polina Zhemchugova

Polina Zhemchugova is a highly experienced Senior Product Designer currently contributing to Dynatech, Trevolution Group, and Dyninno Group since August 2023, focusing on the end-to-end design cycle of internal Client Management Systems and serving as a Design System owner. From January 2020, Polina has led the design team and defined design strategies as the Head of Design Department at WoxParts Group. Previous roles include positions at Skaal, Interpublic Group, and KINESSO, where responsibilities encompassed product design and design system improvements. Polina began their career in design as a UX/UI Designer with Esteriol, working on e-commerce websites and CMS.
