Joshua Raymond

Joshua Raymond is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data analytics and operations management. Since May 2012, Joshua has held various roles at Dynatrace, culminating in the position of Director, Data Analytics, where leadership of a team focused on customer success in SaaS and Managed solutions is a primary responsibility. Prior to Dynatrace, Joshua served as an Accounting Associate for the City of Big Rapids, performing essential accounting tasks, and interned as an Accounts Maintenance Clerk at DFAS, developing VBA-based macros for data management. Joshua holds a Master’s degree in Applied Data Science from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy and Computer Information Systems from Ferris State University.
