James Grogan has over 15 years of experience in the automotive industry. James began their career in 2004 as a Service Manager for Firestone Complete Auto Care. In 2007, they were promoted to Service Drive Manager at Goodson Acura. In 2013, they were promoted to Service Director at Vandergriff Acura. In 2014, they moved to Honda of Denton in the same role. In 2015, they were promoted to Senior Vice President at Dynatron Software, Inc. and also held the role of Director of Account Development. At Dynatron Software, Inc., they were responsible for delivering leadership and guidance by developing and refining highly effective and efficient processes and procedures to meet and exceed defined key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics of success, prioritizing initiatives to achieve product vision, and uncovering hidden opportunities for clients. James supervised and trained team members for the Client Success division, consisting of six direct managers and over 50 employees. James also defined a successful go-to strategy to address all clients from implementation to product launch and provided coaching and long-term consulting.

James Grogan received their Diploma in General Studies from Crowley High School in 1999. James then attended Southwestern Assemblies of God University, but did not receive a degree.
