Michael Lynch

Michael Lynch has over 40 years of work experience. From 1980 to 2000, they held the role of Executive Vice President/Owner at Performance Incorporated. In 2000, they became Vice President and founding shareholder at ARK E-Tail Services and Vice President Best Practices at Decisiv, where they remained a founding shareholder until they left to form ConSept Corporation in 2005. From 2005 to 2018, they served as Former Owner and CEO of ConSept Corporation and President of ConSept LLC, an NCM Associates Company. In 2020, they became CEO/President at Lynch Food Group and in 2021, they took on the role of Director Smart Leadership Performance Groups at Dynatron Software, Inc. and Walkaway Insurance Ambassador at Insurance Insight Inc.

Michael Lynch obtained their MBA from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business in 1980. Michael received a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Maryland in 1976. Before that, they attended Bethesda-Chevy Chase High School from 1969 to 1971.
