Ryan Wood has a diverse work experience in the automotive industry. Ryan started their career as the Director of Finance at Global Dealer Group LLC, where they ensured compliance with guidelines and managed financial deals. Ryan then served as the General Manager at Grand Valley Hyundai, where they increased market share and introduced new initiatives to improve sales and profitability.

After that, Ryan worked at AutoAlert, LLC as the Director of the West Coast Portfolio Division. Ryan then co-founded NuVinAir and served as its Chief Operating Officer, successfully turning around the company and establishing it as a revenue-generating business.

Ryan also worked at Paiir Solutions as the Executive Vice President of Cultural Evolution, focusing on HR management solutions.
