Tiffany Wood has a diverse and extensive work experience in various fields. Tiffany is currently the Co-founder & Chief Executive Officer of Dyneval Ltd, a company that specializes in providing precise automated measurements of semen quality using portable equipment. Tiffany played a crucial role in developing and patenting the innovative technology of the Dynescan Semen Analyser. Prior to this, Tiffany worked as a Senior Knowledge Transfer Fellow in Soft Matter and Biological Physics at The University of Edinburgh, where they were the main inventor of DAINtech.

Tiffany also has experience in supporting start-ups and SMEs as a member of the Board of Trustees at SCI: Where Science Meets Business. Tiffany contributed to the Science and Enterprise Group's efforts to provide support and information to help scale businesses sustainably.

In their previous role as the Director of the Edinburgh Complex Fluids Partnership, Tiffany collaborated with around 40 researchers and worked closely with the private sector to drive innovation and tackle industry challenges. Tiffany also co-founded and served as the Operations Director of the same organization, where they provided consultancy and support in formulation science, processing, and product characterization.

Furthermore, Tiffany has been involved in various professional associations and organizations. Tiffany held the position of Royal Society Industry Fellow, where they worked on formulations for the future in partnership with The Mentholatum Company. Tiffany also served as the Chair of SCI Scotland Group and was an Elected Member of the Young Academy at the Royal Society of Edinburgh.

In addition to their professional pursuits, Tiffany has been an active STEM ambassador, promoting science, technology, engineering, and mathematics education. Tiffany has also conducted research on self-assembly of colloids and the dynamics of colloidal glasses during their time as a Research Fellow at the University of Edinburgh and as a PDRA at the University of Bristol.
