Power Module Process Engineer (R&D) at Dynex Semiconductor Limited

Maryam Khalilah Mat's work experience includes a role as a Power Module Process Engineer (R&D) at Dynex Semiconductor Ltd starting in July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at NXP acquires Freescale Semiconductor from March 2019 to September 2020. During their time there, they developed a new process called Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) for production in the Radio Frequency department. Maryam Khalilah also defined equipment requirements, ran qualifications for new processes, and supported production with daily monitoring. Additionally, they worked as an Internship Trainee in the Advanced Packaging Innovation (API) department, assisting with technical tasks and failure analysis for semiconductor products. Before NXP, they worked as a First Article Inspection Technician at Munivac Sdn Bhd from January 2016 to August 2016. In this role, they created programming using measurement machines, presented projects to customers, and successfully completed assigned projects.

Maryam Khalilah Mat completed their education in a chronological manner. Maryam Khalilah first attended the German-Malaysian Institute from 2013 to 2016, where they obtained a Diploma in Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) Machinist Technology/CNC Machinist. Following this, from 2016 to 2019, Maryam pursued their Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology at Universiti Malaysia Pahang. Most recently, they attended the University of Southampton from 2021 to 2022, where they acquired a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
