Shahen Melikyan

Shahen Melikyan currently holds the position of Chief Legal Officer at Dyninno Group since February 2022. Prior to this role, Shahen served as the General Counsel and IC Member at Sistema Venture Capital from May 2016 to February 2022. Before joining Sistema Venture Capital, Shahen worked as a Senior Legal Counsel at an undisclosed company from December 2013 to January 2016. Shahen began their career as an Associate and Paralegal at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer from September 2008 to December 2013, where they gained experience in advising international clients on various projects such as M&A, joint ventures, general corporate matters, and arbitration.
