Timothy Montgomery

Timothy Montgomery is the current CEO of Dyntek Inc. Timothy has over 25 years of experience in executive-level finance positions. Prior to their current role, they served as the CFO of PHAZR from March 2018 to January 2019. From November 2005 to February 2012, they were the CFO of Adaptix, Inc. And from September 1999 to January 2000, they were the Group CFO of Sterling Software.

In 2012, Timothy started their own private consulting practice which they ran until 2020. During this time, they also served as a contract CFO for Photuris, Inc. from September 2001 to May 2004, and AccessLan Communications, Inc. from February 2000 to September 2001. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Finance for Alcatel (DSC) from June 1990 to September 1999.
