Nantha Ram R currently serves as the Global Head for Cybersecurity (Manufacturing, Retail) and Automation and Orchestration at Dyson since September 2023. Previously, Nantha held the position of Leader for Cybersecurity Operations at 3M from December 2021 to August 2023, focusing on user access controls, identity management, and day-to-day cybersecurity operations. At TVS Motor Company Ltd, from August 2012 to November 2021, Nantha was the Head of Cyber Security for IT and OT, overseeing network security architecture, risk management, and incident response. Prior experience includes a Senior System & Network Security Administrator role at TVS Electronics from July 2010 to June 2012, and a Technical Support Engineer position at Aforeserve.Com Ltd from January 2009 to June 2010. Nantha holds a Master’s Degree in IT Management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from MNSK College of Engineering and Technology.
