Peng Leng Lau

Peng Leng Lau is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in service operations and technology leadership. Currently serving as the Global Head of Service Operations at Dyson, Peng Leng Lau develops strategic visions for IT services while enhancing employee experience across the organization. Previous roles include Vice President of Global Technology at NielsenIQ, where responsibilities involved leading IT transformation initiatives, and Executive Director of IT for the APAC region, overseeing the delivery of IT services across 17 countries. Additional experience includes significant positions at Rolls-Royce and IBM, where Peng Leng Lau managed large diverse teams, led process improvement programs, and oversaw software development projects. Peng Leng Lau holds an MBA in E-Commerce and a Master of Science in Information Studies from Nanyang Technological University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin.
