Dr David K E Green has a diverse work experience in various roles related to data science, research, and engineering. Dr David K E is currently working as a Principal Data Scientist at DKGR Data Systems, where they provide consulting services for data science in both industry and academia.
Dr David K E also holds the position of Data Science Lead - Infrastructure Intelligence - Global R&D at DYWIDAG, where they lead a team to deliver innovative systems for anomaly detection and forecasting, while also being responsible for strategy and roadmap development.
Previously, Dr Green has held positions such as Head of Data Science at TEQUINITY and Watcherr, where they focused on developing predictive healthcare systems and utilizing data analysis for smart wearables and Bayesian machine learning.
Dr David K E has also worked as a Visiting Research Fellow at the University of Warwick, a Research Associate at The Alan Turing Institute, and a Visiting Researcher at the Technical University of Braunschweig.
Dr Green's earlier experience also includes working as a Lecturer and Tutor at UNSW Australia, where they taught and provided support in various subjects.
Before transitioning to a career in data science and research, Dr Green worked as a Geotechnical Engineer and Geotechnician at Pells Sullivan Meynink (PSM), where they were involved in the design and site work for geotechnical engineering projects, including tunnels, roadways, and multi-storey building foundations. Dr David K E also gained experience in custom electronics design and construction for sensor data collection.
Additionally, they worked as an Engineering Intern at RailCorp, where they were involved in project management for large infrastructure projects.
Dr David K E Green has a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from UNSW. Dr David K E also has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from UNSW. Additionally, they hold a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Civil Engineering and Computer Science from UNSW.
