Gulnaar Ismankulova

Gulnaar Ismankulova is a seasoned compliance and risk management professional with extensive experience in the financial sector. Currently serving as a Compliance Officer at Dzing Finance since March 2022, Gulnaar previously held the positions of Chief Risk Officer and Head of Compliance at JSC Eurasian Savings Bank from August 2017 to January 2023.
