Kelsi Fenner

Kelsi Fenner serves as the Strategic Intelligence Program Manager at E&M Technologies, Inc. since September 2021, and formerly held the positions of Program Lead and Senior Knowledge Manager at CACI International Inc. from February 2012 to September 2021, where the role of Senior Analyst was undertaken. Kelsi is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management at Western Governors University, expected to complete in December 2024.
