Jes Rude Dragsted has extensive work experience in the field of information technology. Their most recent position is as Chief Information Officer at e-Boks, a role they began in January 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of IT-Sagkyndig/IT case knowledgeable at Voldgiftsinstituttet - The Danish Institute of Arbitration starting from August 2015. From August 2019 to January 2022, they worked as the Head of Architecture and Technology at PFA. Before that, they served as the Director of IT Architecture and IT Security Architecture - Nordic countries at Tryg from June 2016 to August 2019. Jes started their career at Deloitte Business Consulting as a Manager from November 2006 to May 2008. Prior to that, they were a Project Manager at PFA from January 2003 to October 2006 and a Senior Associate at e2e factory from September 2000 to December 2002.
Jes Rude Dragsted has a diverse education history. In 1992, Jes obtained a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from DTU - Technical University of Denmark. From 1996 to 1998, Jes attended Copenhagen Business School and completed HD part 1. Jes also attended Allerød Amtsgymnasium from 1988 to 1991, where they obtained a High School degree.
In terms of further education, Jes attended Henley Business School from 2006 to 2012 and obtained an MBA degree with a specialization in Organizational Behavior Studies. Additionally, in 2004, Jes attended The insurance academy (Forsikringsakademiet FA) for a brief period of time to further their knowledge in "3.01 Personforsikring, principper og former".
To expand their skills in the financial field, Jes participated in a Financial Seminar for Senior Managers at London Business School in 2001. In terms of certifications, Jes obtained the Prosci® certification in the Prosci Change Management Program and ADKAR Model in May 2015.
