Jes Rude Dragsted

Jes Rude Dragsted has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jes is currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at e-Boks since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Voldgiftsinstituttet - The Danish Institute of Arbitration as an IT-Sagkyndig/IT case knowledgeable from August 2015. Jes served as the Head of Architecture and Technology at PFA from August 2019 to January 2022. Before that, they were the Director of IT Architecture and IT Security Architecture for the Nordic countries at Tryg from June 2016 to August 2019. Jes also worked at proacteur as a Partner and consultant from October 2014 to May 2016, at PenSam as the CIO (IT Direktør) from May 2012 to August 2014, and at ATP as the CTO and Head of Enterprise Architecture from June 2008 to April 2012. Additionally, they worked at Deloitte Business Consulting as a Manager from November 2006 to May 2008, at PFA as a Project Manager from January 2003 to October 2006, and at e2e factory as a Senior Associate from September 2000 to December 2002.

Jes Rude Dragsted completed an MBA in Organizational Behavior Studies from Henley Business School from 2006 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended The Insurance Academy (Forsikringsakademiet FA) in 2004 and London Business School in 2001 for additional coursework. Jes earned a HD Part 1 degree from Copenhagen Business School from 1996 to 1998, and a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from DTU - Technical University of Denmark from 1992 to 1998. Jes also completed high school at Allerød Amtsgymnasium from 1988 to 1991. Jes holds a certification in Prosci Change Management Program from 2015.
