Richelle Burnett

Richelle Burnett is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various sectors, including aviation, technology, and education. Currently serving as a Flight Attendant for a Major US International Carrier since February 2023, Richelle has also been a part-time certified Ski Instructor at Vail Resorts since November 2018. As the Founder and CEO of e-Chromic Technologies, Inc., Richelle has developed innovative electrochromic technology that retrofits windows into energy-saving smart windows. Additionally, Richelle leads Madison Assessment LLC as CEO, providing high-quality computer-based assessment tests in partnership with the James Madison University Center for Assessment and Research Studies. Further accomplishments include serving as Founder and COO of RLB Technologies LLC, Vice President at Marsh, Director of Business Development at KPMG, and holding various roles in sales and management at Marine Expeditions, CS First Boston, and Rockwell Automation. Richelle holds an MBA with a focus on Finance, Marketing, and International Business from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Engineering from the University of Virginia.
