Carrie Chattell

Carrie Chattell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in emergency communications, asset management, and training development. Currently serving as the Manager of Learning Design and Delivery at E-Comm 9-1-1 since April 2023, Carrie previously held various roles over 26 years at the City of Surrey, including Asset Manager, Training and Development Manager, and Administrative Services Manager. Carrie's educational background includes a Graduate Certificate in Management and Leadership from Royal Roads University, a Bachelor of Arts in Adult Education from the University of the Fraser Valley, and a Public Safety Communications Certificate from Kwantlen Polytechnic University.
