Adam Hale

Adam Hale is a seasoned professional in the software industry with extensive experience spanning various leadership roles. Since April 2024, Adam has served as a Judge for the Entrepreneur of the Year at EY, contributing to a prestigious program in London and the Southeast. As a Committee Member at Boardwave since August 2022, Adam has focused on building a strong network within the European software sector. Currently, Adam holds Chair positions at Clue Software and Arctic Shores, driving innovation and diversity in technology. Additionally, Adam has been integral to the transformation of Orbus Software, serving in multiple board roles since January 2021. Adam's other engagements include advisory roles at e-days and OpenBlend, partnership at ScaleUp Group, and previously as a Venture Partner at Notion Capital. Adam holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Bristol.
