Teri Harrell

Teri Harrell serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at VitalEdge Technologies, leading the global People Experience strategy and managing the rapid growth of the company. Previously, Teri held the position of Global Vice President of People Experience, focusing on HR programs amidst scaling and international expansion. Teri's career at Red Hat included roles such as Director of Global People Consulting, where strategic talent management during significant growth were key achievements. At Dancik International, Teri directed talent acquisition and HR operations, preparing the organization for growth and structural changes. Teri has also contributed to HR management at Scynexis and TEAMM Pharmaceuticals. Teri holds a certification in Organizational Design & Effectiveness from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management/Human Resources from Meredith College.
