Sugeendran Pillai (PMP)® has a diverse work experience in the field of IBS Design and RF Optimization. Sugeendran is currently working as a Manager at e& enterprise IoT & AI since 2018. In this role, they manage both IBS and Wi-Fi designs and optimization for UAE IBS networks, with expertise in 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, and Wi-Fi indoor IBS designs. Sugeendran also manages IBS site acquisition.

Prior to their current role, Sugeendran worked at Regional TelcomConsult Services LLC from 2015 to 2018 as a Manager, responsible for IBS design and RF optimization for projects with Etisalat and DU. Sugeendran managed team operations, IBS network planning, TETRA design for Dubai Police, and detailed building 3D modeling and simulations. Sugeendran also handled alarm fault management, network expansion, small cell installations, and KPI report preparation.

Before that, they worked at Shilpi Global LLC as a Sr. IBwave RF Design Engineer from 2014 to 2015. In this role, they led the IBS planning team for Etisalat projects and effectively troubleshooted and replaced various types of repeaters. Sugeendran also handled IBS design for DU, Etisalat, and Tamdeed.

Sugeendran started their career at Cellcomm Solutions Ltd in 2005 as an IBS Project and Sales Manager. Sugeendran worked in the Africa-Ghana region as a Project Manager, handling IBS planning and implementation for MTN and Tigo networks. Sugeendran gained experience in African IBS projects design and commissioning, as well as handling the techno-commercial department and pre-sales. Sugeendran also worked at Cellcomm Solutions Ltd in India as an Assistant from 2011 to 2014.

Sugeendran Pillai (PMP)® is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Project Management from Suresh Gyan Vihar University, starting in 2021 and expected to finish in 2023. Sugeendran'sprevious education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from North East Frontier Technical University (NEFTU), completed in 2021. Sugeendran also holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Future Institute Of Engineering and Management, obtained between 2010 and 2013. Prior to their engineering degree, they completed an Engineering Diploma in Electronics and Communication from Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University between 2007 and 2010. Sugeendran's educational journey began with an ITI (Industrial Training Institute) degree in Electronics Mechanic from the Government Industrial Training Institute in India, garnered between 2003 and 2005. Finally, they obtained a THS (Technical High School) degree in Automobile Mechanics from Govt.Technical High School Nedumangad between 2000 and 2003. In addition to their formal education, Sugeendran has acquired several certifications, including the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute, obtained in November 2020. Sugeendran also holds the iBwave® Certified Level 3 certification from BICSI, acquired in January 2020, and the iBwave® Certified Level 2 and Level 1 certifications from iBwave Solutions Inc., obtained in December 2016 and November 2016, respectively. Sugeendran's certifications also include the GSM, UMTS, LTE Network Planning Optimization Certification from Bangalore International Airport Ltd, obtained in 2014, and the TETRA Motorola for Indian Navy Project certification from Motorola Solutions and Cellcomm, obtained in 2010.
