Kadi Kanarbik

Kadi Kanarbik is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the public sector, currently serving as a Senior Expert at the e-Governance Academy since February 2024. Prior roles include Head of the Employment Department at the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications of Estonia from July 2023 to January 2024, and a variety of leadership positions at the Ministry of Social Affairs between January 2017 and June 2023, focusing on employment policies and measures. Kadi also held significant roles at the Ministry of Justice of Estonia from December 2005 to December 2016, including Head of the Supervision and Legal Service Department, as well as serving in the State Public Prosecutors Office as a Human Resources Specialist from January 2000 to January 2005. Kadi Kanarbik holds a degree from the University of Tartu.
