Phil Wagner

Phil Wagner has over three decades of experience in finance and accounting. Currently a Partner at E.J. Breneman, L.P. since January 2001, Phil originally joined the company as Controller in February 1994. Before this role, Phil served at Glen-Gery Corp from 1980 to September 1993, starting as Controller and advancing to Assistant Treasurer and then Treasurer. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Penn State University, earned between 1970 and 1974.
