Deron Wait

Deron Wait has extensive experience in both sales and sports coaching. Since July 1996, Deron has served as a Territory Manager and previously as a Customer Service Sales Representative at E.J. Welch Company. In the realm of hockey, Deron has held significant roles including Assistant Coach and Director of Scouting for Ball State University Men's Hockey from March 2013 to July 2019, as well as for Team Indiana Elite High School Hockey from 2009 to 2016, contributing to the Indiana High School Hockey's All-Star Team. Deron was also an Assistant Coach at Carmel High School Hockey from August 2004 to April 2012 and held a supervisory position at Carmel Ice Skadium from September 1994 to April 1999. Deron's initial professional experience includes a sales role at Vector Marketing. Education includes studies at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis from 1994 to 1995 and graduation from Bloomington High School in 1994.
