Courtney Wachs

Courtney Wachs has a diverse and extensive work experience. Courtney is currently the Vice President of Digital Commerce and Consumer Experience at E.L.F. Beauty since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Marketing Officer and GM at Amira Learning from 2021 to 2022. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at The Walt Disney Company as the Head of Marketing/Marketing Director for Movies Anywhere. Earlier in their career, Courtney held the position of Executive Director of Global Brand Marketing at Fox, where they managed various successful campaigns and also contributed to the launch of Movies Anywhere. Courtney has also worked as the Marketing and eCommerce Director at Educational Insights and held multiple roles related to marketing and product strategy at The Walt Disney Company. Previously, they worked as a Project Manager in Marketing & Publicity at L.A. Entertainment and as an Independent Consultant for Marketing & Publicity for various clients. Courtney began their career at Euro RSCG Magnet as an Account Coordinator in Publicity.
