Jessica Cilla has extensive work experience in the consumer and market insights field. Jessica is currently serving as the VP of Consumer & Market Insights at E.L.F. Beauty since October 2021. Prior to that, they held the role of AVP of Consumer Insights at the same company from September 2019 to October 2021.
Before joining E.L.F. Beauty, Jessica worked at The NPD Group as an Executive Director of Market Expansion from May 2019 to September 2019. Prior to that, they held the position of Executive Director of Softlines Product Development from July 2017 to May 2019.
Jessica also had experience working at L2 Inc. as the Director of Client Strategy from August 2016 to July 2017.
Jessica has an extensive tenure at The NPD Group, where they held various roles including Executive Director of Product Development from October 2015 to July 2016, Director of POS Product Development from March 2013 to September 2015, Director of Games Product Management & Development from February 2012 to March 2013, Account Manager for Games from June 2010 to February 2012, Account Manager for Music from July 2007 to June 2010, and Project Director from February 2006 to July 2007.
Jessica started their career as a Ratings Analyst at Norman Hecht Research from December 2003 to February 2006. Jessica also gained experience as a Sales Analyst at Parfums Givenchy from 1999 to 2003.
Jessica Cilla earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from SUNY Oneonta in 1998. Jessica then went on to complete a Master of Science degree in Social Research from Hunter College between 2003 and 2005.
