Paul Hwang has a diverse work experience in the field of e-commerce and digital marketing. Paul started their career in 2007 with Fendi, where they worked in public relations. Paul then worked as an advertising coordinator at Vera Wang in 2011. From 2012 to 2013, Paul served as an eCommerce marketing manager at Organic Avenue. Paul then joined John Robshaw Inc as a senior eCommerce/digital marketing manager from 2013 to 2015. Paul went on to work as an eCommerce and digital manager at L'Occitane en Provence from 2015 to 2017. Paul then worked at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc from 2017 to 2022, where they held various roles such as eCommerce manager and senior manager in global and international teams. Following that, Paul served as the director of eCommerce at Crown Laboratories, Inc from 2022 to 2023. Paul is currently working as the director of eCommerce at E.L.F. Beauty.
Paul Hwang has a degree in International Marketing from IPAG Business School. Paul also holds a BA in Communication from SUNY Geneseo. In addition, they have obtained a certification in Consumer Engagement Digital Accreditation from AVADO in 2019.
