Mickenzie Noguera

Mickenzie Noguera has a diverse work experience in design, with a focus on packaging. Mickenzie started their career as a Graphic Designer at Mississippi State University Department of Art in 2014. Mickenzie then worked as a Packaging Design Intern at DPM Fragrance and Johnson & Johnson in 2014 and 2016 respectively. In 2016, they joined Aromatique as a Packaging/Graphic Designer before moving to Coty as a Packaging Designer for CLAIROL in 2017. From 2019 to the present, Mickenzie has been working at E.L.F. Beauty, where they have held various roles including Packaging Designer, Senior Designer, Design Director, and currently, as a Senior Design Director overseeing packaging for e.l.f. Mickenzie Noguera pursued their education starting in 2011 at Mississippi State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Graphic Design in 2015. Following that, they attended Pratt Institute from 2015 to 2017 and completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Package Design.
