Mike Woginrich

Mike Woginrich has a diverse background in human resources, with experience in various leadership roles. Mike worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at e.l.f. Cosmetics since April 2017. Prior to that, they served as the Sr. Director of HR Retail at SEPHORA from October 2014 to April 2017. Additionally, they were the Vice President of HR and Talent Acquisition at Jamba Juice from February 2013 to October 2014. Mike also held several roles at Jamba Juice, including Sr. Director of Field Human Resources, Director of Human Resources, and Regional Human Resources Manager. Before joining Jamba Juice, they worked at Mervyn's as the Manager of Headquarters Human Resources and as a Campus Relations Representative. Mike also held positions at Broadway Stores, Inc. and Emporium/Weinstock's.
