Penny Rike

Penny Rike has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Currently, they serve as the Business Development Director at E.L. Robinson Engineering, a civil engineering and planning firm. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Development Executive at LJB Inc., where they provided civil and structural engineering services. Penny also has experience as the President of The Partnership Alliance, LLC, where they provided business development services to the engineering and construction industry. Penny has worked in various roles in companies such as CESO Inc., Fortress Homes, Ryan Homes, Supplies Unlimited, Inc., Dayton Power & Light, and Mound Lab. In these roles, Penny has gained experience in sales, marketing, energy auditing, project engineering, and construction management.

Penny Rike attended The Ohio State University from 1982 to 1987, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
