Hyangmok Baek

Hyangmok Baek has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) at E-Land Group since March 2013, focusing on the Chinese fashion division and the sports business division, which includes brands like New Balance and FOLDER. Key responsibilities include strategic partnership with business unit and brand leaders, overseeing employee engagement initiatives, enhancing internal communication, and planning cultural activities. Prior roles include Head of Organizational Culture and Recruitment Training, where Hyangmok Baek implemented performance measurement programs and managed employee motivation efforts. Earlier experience includes managing HR operations for FOLDER, including recruitment and onboarding for 350 direct employees. Before E-Land Group, Hyangmok Baek worked at SK hynix in educational development following a merger. Hyangmok Baek holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Yonsei University.
