Paula J. Ehrlich

Paula Ehrlich is the President & CEO of the E.O. Wilson Biodiversity Foundation, where advancement of biodiversity initiatives is a primary focus. Previously, Paula held the roles of President & CEO and Vice President & CSO at the Drug Discovery Center of Innovation, contributing to strategic development in addressing challenges within the pharmaceutical landscape. At Ansaris, Paula led the rebranding efforts and business development as Senior Director of Scientific Affairs and also established preclinical study strategies as Senior Director of Translational Biology. Early career experiences include roles at Merck, where management of preclinical imaging activities and staff was undertaken, and veterinary practice as an Equine Orthopedic Surgeon at the University of Prince Edward Island. Paula's educational background includes degrees in Zoology, Bone Physiology, and Veterinary Medicine from esteemed institutions such as Duke University and the Royal Veterinary College.
