Milan Balun

Milan Balun has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Milan is currently serving as the Head of Learning and Development at E.ON CZ since May 2022. Prior to that, Milan co-founded a non-profit organization called Terapeutická linka Sluchátko in 2020. From 2018 to 2022, they worked as a Senior Training Consultant and Coach at Krauthammer. Milan also gained experience as an International Training Project Manager at Ipsos, specifically for ŠKODA AUTO a.s., from October 2016 to May 2018. Before that, they were a Training Project Manager and Trainer at AutoBinck CZ s.r.o. (Auto Palace) from 2014 to 2016. Milan also served as a Manager and Internal Trainer at Mediální skupina MAFRA from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they held the position of Sales Director/Sales Manager for the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic at Tutor, s.r.o. from 2007 to 2011. Milan's earlier work experience includes roles such as WLAN Deployment Manager at T-Mobile Czech Republic a.s. from 2004 to 2006, Account Manager at NextiraOne Czech, s.r.o. from 2003 to 2004, and Sales Representative/Business Consultant at Český Telecom, a.s. from 2000 to 2003.

Milan Balun has a diverse education history that includes various fields of study. Starting in 1994, they pursued a Master's degree at VŠE in Prague, focusing on Managerial Psychology and Sociology. In 2010, they attended MÚVS ČVUT for Coach Specific Training. From 2014 to 2019, Milan attended the Rafael Institut, where they received training and education in the prevention and therapy of psychotrauma. In 2018, they pursued Initial Formation in Management, Blended Learning, and Sales at Krauthammer University. In 2019, they obtained a Core Quadrants® Certification from Daniel Ofman. Milan further expanded their knowledge by completing Relaxation Hypnosis Certification at the Institute of Hypnosis & Hypnotherapy in Prague in 2019-2020. Additionally, from 2020 to 2022, they attended the Czech Institute of Psychotraumatology and EMDR, obtaining EMDR - Level 1 and Level 2 certifications in the field of isolated and complex trauma desensitization. Milan also engaged in training in relational psychotherapy for children and adolescents at the Institute of Child and Parental Psychotherapy from 2021 to 2022. Lastly, from 2020 to 2021, they completed Basic Crisis Intervention and Telephone Crisis Intervention courses at REMEDIUM Praha, o.p.s. Overall, Milan Balun has acquired education and certification in various areas, particularly within psychology and therapy.
