Ludvig Fribergh

Ludvig Fribergh has a diverse background in the field of human resources, particularly in reward and performance management. Ludvig is currently employed as the Head of Reward with E.ON Energy Markets since 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Reward at Uniper SE from 2020 to 2023, and the role of Head of Reward Experts from 2017 to 2020. Ludvig also worked as a Senior Commercial Reward Expert for E.ON SE / Uniper SE from 2014 to 2017. Ludvig has experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having served as the Manager of Group Rewards & HR Analytics for Aenova Group from 2013 to 2014. In addition, they worked as a Senior HR Manager focusing on reward, performance management, and HR controlling at E.ON Climate & Renewables from 2012 to 2013. Ludvig started their career as an HR Reward Specialist with E.ON Energy Trading SE from 2010 to 2012, and later served as an HR Controller and HR Expat Manager for E.ON AG from 2007 to 2010. Ludvig's early work experience includes a role as Performance Management Lead at E.ON UK in 2005, and as an HR Assistant at Ericsson in 2005.

Ludvig Fribergh's education history began in 1999 when they attended Växjö University for economic studies, although they did not receive a degree from this institution. Ludvig then pursued a Bachelor of Art in Human Resource Management from Kristianstad University, from 2001 to 2004. Following this, Ludvig enrolled at Malmö University, where they earned a Master of Art degree in Business from 2004 to 2005.
