Adam Griffen

Adam Griffen has over 20 years of experience in sales and sales management. In 2021, they began working as Director of Sales for e-PlanSoft\u2122, a market-leading compliance software provider for design, construction, inspection, and assessment processes. From 2019 to 2021, they were Sales Director at idtPlans LLC, a Software as a Service provider. From 2001 to 2019, they worked at Hatch Early Learning, where they held various roles including Regional Sales Manager, Senior Sales Executive, and Territory Field Representative. As Regional Sales Manager, they managed a team of 8-10 Sales Representatives and participated in Compensation Plan and Design. As Senior Sales Executive, they generated over $40 million in revenue through direct sales, cold calling, in-person presentations, and on-site meetings. As Territory Field Representative, they installed classrooms, computers, computer networks, and TeachSmart Learning Systems, and performed training on the systems in early childhood classrooms.

Adam Griffen began their educational journey at Catawba College from 1995 to 1997. Adam then transferred to the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where they earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Sports Science with Teacher Certification K-12 in 2000.
