Shyam Panickar

Shyam Panickar has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies.

Starting in 2012, they worked as a Business Development Officer at Marquis Energy Exchange for six months.

Later that year, from December 2012 to July 2013, Shyam worked as a Business Development Executive at eProcurement Technologies Ltd. In this role, they focused on online auctions of movable and immovable assets in the BFSI sector, as well as data management and record-keeping.

From August 2013 to August 2016, Shyam served as a Team Lead at eProcurement Technologies Ltd. Here, they handled seized and salvaged vehicle auctions and was responsible for print and visual media promotions for BFSI, government, and corporate clients. Shyam also took on projects such as RTO registration number auctions and worked with clients like Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) at Kochi Refinery (KR) to facilitate RFX/tenders for IT, service, and goods departments.

In September 2016, Shyam became an Assistant Manager at eProcurement Technologies Ltd., where they worked closely with BFSI and government bodies, consultants, and advisory firms until March 2018.

From April 2018 to August 2020, Shyam held the position of Deputy Manager at eProcurement Technologies Ltd. As Deputy Manager, they were responsible for ensuring the profitability of the business by managing new business generation and collections on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Shyam also drove sales and business development, managed ATL and BTL activities, and oversaw online gold auctions. Additionally, Shyam managed a team of 15+ and utilized Salesforce Essentials_CRM 2.0 to generate customized reports and management information systems (MIS) for top management.

Finally, in September 2020, Shyam was promoted to the position of Head of Product at eProcurement Technologies Ltd.

Shyam Panickar's education history begins in 2007 when they enrolled at K.K.shastri, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree in the field of Commerce. Shyam completed their undergraduate studies in 2009. After a brief gap, they continued their education at R.B. Institute of Management Studies, starting in 2010. At this institution, they completed their Masters of Business Administration degree in Marketing in 2012.
