Russell Hoyer

Russell Hoyer has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Russell started their career in 2011 as a Technician at FastTeks of Morristown. From there, they worked as a Junior Programmer at Service Support Specialties in 2012. In 2013, they became a Technical Support Engineer at Advanced Systems Concepts, Inc. Their next role was as a Software Engineer at Frazier Industrial Company, where they worked from 2016 to 2019. In this role, Russell was responsible for fixing bugs and creating new features for a custom-built expert system/configurator. Russell also maintained backwards compatibility and integrated with other major CRM solutions. Currently, Russell is working as a Senior Developer at E-Risk Services, starting in 2019.

Russell Hoyer started their education at County College of Morris in 2010 and completed their Associate of Science (AS) degree in Computer Science in 2012. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including "Teamwork Foundations," "Agile Software Development," "Programming Foundations: Web Security," "Building a Better To-Do List," "How to Build Virtual Accountability," "Working from Home: Strategies for Success," "Project Management Foundations: Small Projects," "Creative Collaboration," "Agile Foundations," "Artificial Intelligence Foundations: Machine Learning," "Being an Effective Team Member," "Building Resilience," and "Unconscious Bias." The certifications were obtained from LinkedIn, with the most recent one being "Teamwork Foundations" in April 2023.
