Tonya First

Tonya has been working at ESI Electrical Contractors since June 2005, where Tonya holds the position of Director of HR & Organizational Development. Tonya also currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Allied Construction Industries. Tonya holds a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Mount St. Joseph University, a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Safety from Eastern Kentucky University, an Associate Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Cincinnati, an Associate Degree in Construction Safety and Security from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College, and a Senior Human Resource Management Certificate from Xavier University.
