Danielle Crouse

Danielle Crouse is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in value creation, data analytics, and strategic consulting. Currently serving as Senior Value Creation Manager at E Squared Investments, Danielle oversees growth-driven initiatives and manages data analytics and impact reporting across the investment portfolio. Previous roles include Post Investment Management Consultant at E Squared Investments and Senior Strategy and Analytics Consultant in various freelance capacities, advising organizations on corporate strategy, business analytics, and initiating impactful projects. Prior to that, Danielle held managerial positions at ZS Associates and OTF Group, as well as advisory roles with Khumo Group, where strategic guidance was provided on investment and market entry strategies. Danielle holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from The Wharton School and an Honours degree in Sociology from the University of South Africa.
