Rick Pierro

Rick Pierro has held various influential positions in the life sciences and engineering sectors since the early 1990s, currently serving as President of E Tech Group and Superior Controls, a leading independent engineering firm in automation for the life sciences. Pierro's expertise extends to multiple board roles, including positions at Definitive Biotechnologies, Mirtle Medical, MindChild Medical, and E-TrolZ, focusing on innovative medical technologies and diagnostics. Additionally, Pierro contributed to the editorial advisory board of Control Engineering Magazine and has been actively involved with the Control Systems Integrator's Association and the ISPE Boston Area Chapter. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry/Biology from Boston University.
