Armand Lulka

Armand LULKA is a seasoned operations director currently serving at e-Totem since April 2024 and as a consultant in organization and development at ALK Développement since May 2022. With a focus on organizational evolution and performance enhancement, Armand embodies the principles of management, structuring, and development. Previously, Armand held various leadership roles, including director of transformation at Adista from September 2016 to December 2021, overseeing strategic operational plans and integration of external growth initiatives. Armand also directed the South-East region, managing multiple agencies, and served as president of DEDICAST and founder of France IT, a national network of digital clusters. Educational credentials include an engineering degree in corporate communication and a BTS in information systems management.
