Hatem Dowidar

Hatem Dowidar serves as the Group CEO of e&, previously known as Etisalat, since October 2015, overseeing the company's transformation from a telecommunications provider to a technology-focused entity. In addition to this role, Hatem Dowidar has held various prominent positions, including CEO of Etisalat International, where responsibilities encompassed the international operations of Etisalat Group outside the UAE. Hatem Dowidar currently contributes to several organizations as a board member and director, including Careem, Khazna Data Centers, Mobily, Maroc Telecom, and Etisalat Misr, among others. Hatem Dowidar's educational background includes multiple degrees and executive education programs from institutions such as the American University in Cairo, University of Chicago Booth School of Business, IMD, London Business School, and Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, showcasing a strong foundation in business management, telecommunications, and finance.
