Theeba Anbalagan has extensive experience in customer success and application support, currently serving as Director of Customer Success at e2open since October 2010. Previous roles at e2open include Senior Customer Success Manager, Customer Success Manager, Lead Customer Success Engineer, and various engineering positions. Prior to e2open, Theeba worked at Century Software as an Application Software Engineer from June 2005 to October 2010. Theeba holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Multimedia University and a Diploma in Computer Engineering from Japan-Malaysia Technical Institute.
