Troy Gardella has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Troy started their career as a Knowledge Management Analyst at XOR, where they led a project team responsible for developing a corporate-wide knowledge management system. Troy then moved on to become the Director of Strategic Alliances, establishing and managing executive relationships with key technology partners. At XOR, they also served as an Account Manager for Western Europe, managing European relationships and expanding upsell opportunities.

Troy later joined Kalos Strategy Group as the Director of Operations, where they were responsible for all aspects of finance and operations management. Troy then became the President of Crystal Courier Imports, Inc., where they directed the overall corporate strategy and managed daily operations. During their tenure, they successfully implemented and grew social and e-commerce initiatives.

Afterwards, Troy worked at TeleTech as the Director of Social and Learning Technologies, where they built and directed the Social Enterprise department and developed their external social media strategy. Troy ensured the delivery of expected business value on multiple concurrent projects and improved the performance of the service delivery team.

Troy also worked at 6kites as the Director of Agile Operations, where they managed Agile operational performance during a period of rapid growth. Troy orchestrated Scrum practices across departments and managed product backlogs for SAFe Program Increment planning.

Prior to their current role, Troy was with Praecipio Consulting as the Director of Operations/Senior Manager of the Program Management Office. Troy led the post-acquisition integration and change management of various operations, including finance, human resources, and project delivery. Troy also pioneered the Program Management Office to increase revenue for targeted clients.

Currently, Troy is the Finance and Operations Director at E7 Solutions, where they oversee the finance and operations of the company.
